The GETs will be given a determined career path for two years after joining, that will include a planned training framework to enhance &amp; develop technical, domain and behavioural skills along with project assignments in the areas of\u00a0 software development &amp; architecture, QAT and technical &amp; production support. The main goal is to ensure that GETs advance to become proficient software developers &amp; mature as high performing professionals.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Skills Required<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>A learner\u2019s mindset to quickly grasp, assimilate ideas and be curious to learn with an open mind.<\/li>\n<li>The key ability will be \u2018Communication\u2019\u2013 capacity to articulate, speak and write well.<\/li>\n<li>An inherent urge to understand technology and be open towards absorbing, creating and developing program codes across skillsets (example- pl\/sql, c\/c++, dba, dotnet, java, angular, node, testing, tech &amp; production support &amp; any other skill that may be required to be learnt).
