Quess Corp Limited is currently seeking to hire 1000 highly motivated and skilled Diploma Civil Engineers to work on prestigious Government Organization projects in the field of Civil Construction and Design & Planning. This is an excellent opportunity for dynamic professionals who are passionate about contributing to the nation’s infrastructure development and have a strong background in civil engineering.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Construction Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Participate in the planning, scheduling, and execution of civil construction projects.<\/p>\n

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.<\/p>\n

Supervise construction activities and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and laborers.<\/p>\n

Design and Planning:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Develop detailed engineering designs, plans, and specifications for civil infrastructure projects.<\/p>\n

Utilize AutoCAD and other design software for project planning and documentation.<\/p>\n

Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to assess project viability.<\/p>\n

Quality Assurance and Compliance:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ensure all construction and design activities adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and government standards.<\/p>\n

Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.<\/p>\n

Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.<\/p>\n

Budget and Resource Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.<\/p>\n

Optimize resource allocation and procurement to meet project requirements.<\/p>\n

Team Collaboration:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, structural engineers, surveyors, and project managers.<\/p>\n

Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and field staff.<\/p>\n

Safety and Environmental Compliance:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Promote and enforce safety protocols on construction sites.<\/p>\n

Ensure environmental compliance and sustainability in construction practices.<\/p>\n

Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for project stakeholders and management.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.<\/p>\n

Relevant experience in civil construction, design, and planning, especially on government projects.<\/p>\n

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software tools.<\/p>\n

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<\/p>\n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
