Recruitment\/Selection Process:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Sisecam Flat Glass India Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 01:<\/strong>\u00a0Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/p>\n

Step 02:<\/strong>\u00a0Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round | Optional)<\/p>\n

Step 03:<\/strong>\u00a0Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F)<\/p>\n

Step 04:<\/strong>\u00a0Technical Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)<\/p>\n

Step 05:<\/strong>\u00a0Itep Essential English Exam:\u00a0 English exam will be send to intern candidates by Integrated Resource Management (HQ). We will define 4 days for completing the test. The English result will be at least 2.5, candidates who have expected score will continue in the process.<\/p>\n

Step 06:<\/strong>\u00a0Gamification: After English exam, new competence surveying & assessment test \u2018Gamification\u2019 based on gaming principles on digital platforms will send by Integrated Resource Management (HQ). We will determine 4 days for completing the test.<\/p>\n

Step 07:<\/strong>\u00a0Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list for internship.<\/p>\n

Step 08:<\/strong>\u00a0Internship letter of selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.<\/p>\n

Step 09:<\/strong>\u00a0Internship On boarding.<\/p>\n
