About Branch Banking:<\/b><\/p>\n

The branches act as the face of Axis Bank for millions of retail customers and is, hence, an integral part of the Bank\u2019s strategy. Branches play a major role in deposit mobilization from New-To-Bank (NTB) customers, and are also core drivers of the Bank\u2019s customer engagement strategy across products and services<\/p>\n

About the Role:<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. \n
    As a part of the branch banking team,\u00a0Branch Relationship Officers (BROs)\u00a0<\/b>are responsible for providing financial solutions to customer by offering bank\u2019s products, providing service to existing and New-To-bank customers in the branch and adding new customers through referral generation activities and customer visits.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  2. They will be required to use their communication skills to add new customers and Cross Sell of Bank products.<\/li>\n
  3. As part of daily cadence, BROs are required to engage with existing customers of Bank which are mapped to their portfolio for offering additional products of the bank as per the need of the customer.<\/li>\n
  4. BROs are expected to process customer transactions and Service requests within defined turnaround time (TAT) and ensure end to end closure.<\/li>\n
  5. BROs may also be posted as teller as per organization\u2019s requirements for processing cash transactions of customers.<\/li>\n
  6. BROs shall introduce customers to alternate channels of banking such as Internet Banking, mobile banking, WhatsApp banking wherever possible<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Offering solutions and\u00a0Cross selling Bank\u2019s retail banking\u00a0<\/b>and third party products as per assigned budgets. (Eg. Life insurance, General insurance, Mutual Funds, Loans etc.)<\/li>\n
    2. Achieve Business budgets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis consistently.<\/li>\n
    3. Generating referrals and leads of new customers for\u00a0sale of bank\u2019s products.<\/b><\/li>\n
    4. Promoting bank\u2019s products<\/b>\u00a0by taking part in marketing activities and customer visits outside the branch.<\/li>\n
    5. Contact existing customers for\u00a0bringing in more deposits and cross selling of bank\u2019s products.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n
    6. Timely and\u00a0accurate processing of customer transactions<\/b>\u00a0and requests.<\/li>\n
    7. Handle\u00a0customer queries and provide correct solutions<\/b>\u00a0to ensure there are no customer complaints.<\/li>\n
    8. Follow all\u00a0compliance guidelines (regulatory and legislative)\u00a0<\/b>for each activity released from time to time.<\/li>\n
    9. Ensure that all\u00a0audit requirements\u00a0<\/b>of the bank are met optimum audit rating.<\/li>\n
    10. Complete all\u00a0mandatory certifications required for the role (EUIN, SP Certification etc.)\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n
    11. Complete all\u00a0learning activities\/ trainings conducted<\/b>\u00a0by the bank from time to time.<\/li>\n
    12. Daily entry of interaction with customers in\u00a0bank\u2019s CRM system.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n
    13. Participate and follow all\u00a0initiatives\/ Campaigns\/ Drives<\/b>\u00a0that are undertaken by the bank from time to time<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
