Builds industry knowledge by understanding industry trends and reporting standards.<\/li>\n<li>Provides input and ideas for new collection methods and product enhancements related to the covered content sets.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoots problems or issues and provide support to the team<strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Skills Required:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively work and resolve entitlements cases.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate should be willing to work in rotational night shifts.
