Register before 04 pm 12.12.24"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Dear\u00a0 Students<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please find below details &amp; JD of fresher profile for your reference.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Recruitment Process :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Online Written Test to be conducted in next week, virtually for all the eligible students.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Based on written test feedback, Technical Interview to be conducted for all the recommended students at college campus.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Based on the Interview feedback &amp; their scores, selected candidates will be classified in 3 groups (from Highest to lowest score sequence).<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First Selection candidates group will be offered in Phase 1.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If any student is not willing to join us in Phase 1, then 2nd Selection Students group will be offered in Phase 2 based on their availability &amp; marks scored in Final round.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This process may go on till we get our desired pool.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Designation :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Associate Engineer<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[Traineeship of 12 months]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Technology :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.Net Core<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PHP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Key Points :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The interested student should be trained on any of the above mentioned technologies.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Post Joining, the candidates will go thru Orientation sessions at CSM Tech.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The candidates, who will perform good in orientation assessments, will be allocated with projects.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The below performer candidates in the orientation assessments, will be asked to close their traineeship with immediate effect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Date of Joining :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>January 2025<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Job Location :<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>CSM Technologies, Raipur<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Compensation :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pay structure for this traineeship:-<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pay structure for initial 3 months would be \u20b9 1.2 lakhs per annum (Stipend) on joining the organization.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u20b9 1.8 lakhs per annum (Inclusive of PF, Gratuity &amp; ESI) will be for next 9 months till completion of traineeship.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 Yrs of employment bond will be executed wef the joining date.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After successful completion of traineeship of 1 Year, Salary will be incremented to \u20b9 3 lakhs per annum (Inclusive of PF, Gratuity &amp; Insurance) based on performance assessment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Job Profile :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Programming in various technologies as mentioned above<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Receiving reports on errors and problems as experienced by clients concerning software<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assisting in the interpretation of customer reports and documentation of these reports<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assisting in the development of software test scenarios<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assisting in the implementation of software tests<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assisting in the investigation of client needs, requirements and specifications for software development<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparation of reports on software development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Registration Link :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/JACjKTGY6DAz8Dfv5\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/JACjKTGY6DAz8Dfv5<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear\u00a0 Students Please find below details &amp; JD of fresher profile for your reference.
