To ensure mutual commitment, candidates are required to provide a\u00a0commitment cheque of \u20b950,000 INR<\/strong>\u00a0at the time of joining the internship.<\/p>\n

This cheque\u00a0will not be encashed<\/strong>\u00a0unless specific conditions are breached (explained below).<\/p>\n

The cheque will be safely returned to the candidate upon successful completion of\u00a02 years<\/strong>\u00a0with the company (including the internship period).<\/p>\n

If the candidate decides to leave the company before completing 2 years, the company reserves the right to encash the cheque as a recovery for the time and effort invested during the training period.<\/p>\n
