Fracktal Works was founded in June of 2013 by two engineering students of Manipal Institute of Technology. They worked on building robots with the university robotics team, Robomanipal.<\/p>\n

In an effort to find high-quality manufacturing that would help them build powerful robotics systems affordably, they came across 3D Printing and used their background in robotics to build their first 3D Printer and subsequently founded a company bringing access to tools and technologies that help individuals and organizations build high-quality hardware products & solutions.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

We are seeking a talented Software and Embedded Systems Engineer with a strong foundational software background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional coding skills, a deep understanding of software systems, and hands-on experience with hardware. Experience with 3D Printers is a plus.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Develop and maintain embedded systems software for various hardware platforms.<\/li>\n
  • Write and optimize code in Python and C++ for embedded applications.<\/li>\n
  • Design and implement object-oriented programming solutions.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate and test software with hardware components.<\/li>\n
  • Experiment with and develop projects using Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and other microcontroller platforms.<\/li>\n
  • Troubleshoot and debug software and hardware issues.<\/li>\n
  • Work with Linux systems, including scripting and system management.<\/li>\n
  • Utilize Git, GitHub, and version control systems for efficient project management.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Skills: Technical Skills:<\/strong><\/td>\n\n

  • Strong programming skills in Python and C++.<\/li>\n
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.<\/li>\n
  • Experience with embedded systems development and hardware interfaces.<\/li>\n
