1. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Executive Trainee in Retail Agency Channel<\/u><\/b><\/b>
\na. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Recruitment of Life Mitras (Insurance Agents)
\nb. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Training and developing them for passing the III exam
\nc. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Liaising, Training & development of IAs for generation of new business.
\nd. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Daily activity planning, generation of fresh leads and allied activities.
\ne. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Generating New Business from Market.
\nf. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Follow up with the customers for issuance, renewals, repeat sales and servicing.<\/p>\n

2. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Executive trainee in Bancassurance Channel<\/u><\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

a. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Handling a cluster of 8-9 branches of SBI
\nb. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Liaising, training and developing CIFs through SBI
\nc. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Regular branch visits, Lead generation and allied activities.<\/p>\n

Location of Posting \u2013<\/b>\u00a0Anywhere in Odisha on joining.<\/u>
\nCompensation \u2013\u00a0<\/b>Rs. 4 Lakhs p.a. + COLA (as applicable) + Long Term Retention Bonus\u00a0#<\/sup>
\n# Long Term Retention Bonus of Rs. 1,50,000 will be disbursed to ET\u2019s recruited for Batch 2025 as under:
\ni. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Rs. 50,000 will be credited with the salary after 6 months from the date of joining.
\nii. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Rs. 50,000 will be credited with the salary after 18 months from the date of joining.
\niii. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Rs. 50,000 will be credited with the salary after 30 months from the date of joining.
