Step 02:<\/b> Drawing test to be conducted by the Company Officials. (Elimination Round)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 03:<\/b> Group Discussion\/Communication Round (To be conducted by NVL | Optional – Elimination Round)<\/span><\/div>\n

Step 04: <\/b>Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 05:<\/b> Personal\/HR Interview (To be conducted by company officials (F2F | Elimination Round)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 06:<\/b> Personal\/Technical Interview (To be conducted by company officials – F2F & through SKYPE | Elimination Round)<\/span><\/div>\n

Step 07:<\/b> Declaration of final selected candidates list within 7 days<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
Step 08:<\/b> Offer letters\/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring\/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.<\/span><\/div>\n
