Job Description<\/span><\/th>\n1) Job Purpose<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

To assist with the store manager in the store operations in an efficient and professional manner to ensure quality service to the customers. And, to provide prompt, efficient and courteous service; display salesmanship and hospitality, interact and assist with the Senior CCAs and CCAs to ensure that sales are proceeding smoothly.<\/span><\/p>\n

2) Job Context<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

An assistant store manager has to assist the store manager in the daily operations and is also supposed to take various roles in the office as needed. The assistant store manager has to manage the relationship with the visual merchandising team, projects team in the absence of the store manager to ensure that the upkeep and the maintenance of the store are proper, and has to report to the area regional manager for providing the whole information. Also, in the absence of the store manager, the assistant store manager has to take up the responsibilities of the Store Manager.<\/span><\/p>\n

Job Purpose of Direct Reports<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

CCAs: Help the customers in identifying and purchasing required goods and services in a retail store environment. They also encourage the customers to purchase a greater range of products. Housekeeping staff: To maintain the store in a clean, orderly and attractive look from inside as well as outside. Security Guard: To keep a watchful eye on stock, staff and the customers, also preventing any theft or damage.<\/span><\/p>\n

Compensation details \u2013\u00a0CTC is Rs 4.75 LPA\u00a0(Rs 4.25 Fixed CTC + Rs 50k Variable as one-time payment).\u00a0Additional earning potential of min Rs 50000\/- to Rs 100000\/- as deferred pay after completion of 24 months and 36 months subject to performance ratings. This is over and above the 4.75 LPA<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n
