As discussed, we have a few\u00a0Trainee + FTE roles in Development<\/b>\u00a0<\/b>with Comviva (a Tech Mahindra company).<\/p>\n

Please note the role requirements\u00a0<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Year of Engineering passout<\/b>\u00a0\u2013\u00a02025 only<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Engineering specialization<\/b>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0CSE and IT only<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Marks<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 60% all throughout in academics in 10th, 12th and Engineering<\/li>\n
  • Location<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Pune or Gurgaon\u00a0(location will be assigned as per business requirement and not personal preference)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Work mode<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Work from Office<\/li>\n
  • Trainee<\/b>\u00a0duration<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 2.5-3 months (FTE role upon successful completion of the training period, based on performance)<\/li>\n
  • Compensation<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Stipend will be paid during Training period and CTC will be paid upon conversion\n

    • Stipend during training \u2013 25 k per month<\/li>\n
    • CTC upon conversion \u2013 6.5 LPA (90% Fixed, 10% perf-based Variable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Technical assessment (video recorded Tech assessment) \u2013\n

        • Test will be shared to screened candidates on 11-October by 10 am\u2026 Complete the test by 11-October 2 pm.<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Business interview (2 rounds)<\/li>\n
        • HR interview (1 round)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
