NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/li>\n<li>Application \/ Resume level screening based on their CV&#8217;s, application inputs etc. | Optional | Elimination round.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Based on the validated and approved applications, the recruiting company officials will follow the following process (Online\/virtually):<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Initially a form will be shared with the students in the morning. Once the students submit their responses, we will provide them with the aptitude test link.<\/li>\n<li>Based on the test scores, some students may be eligible for a retest.
