Batch \/ Year of passing out:<\/strong>\u00a02026 passing out batch.<\/span><\/div>\n
Cut Off Criteria:<\/strong>\u00a0Xth & XIIth\/Diploma \u2013 60% and above & Engineering – 70% and above without any active backlogs as on date.<\/span><\/div>\n
Gender:<\/strong>\u00a0Both Male & Female candidates can apply<\/span><\/div>\n

ARC Document Solutions India Private Limited will follow the below selection procedure to recruit candidates for the positions mentioned:<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n

Step 01:<\/strong>\u00a0Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 02:<\/strong>\u00a0Application\/Resume level screening based on based on their CV\u2019s, application inputs etc (Optional Elimination Round)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 03:<\/strong>\u00a0Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Technical + Logical Reasoning (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures |Optional Elimination Round)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 04:<\/strong>\u00a0Preliminary Communication Round (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Optional Elimination Round – Based on number of applicants)<\/span><\/div>\n

Step 06:<\/strong>\u00a0Aptitude and Technical Test – Written (To be conducted by recruiting company officials & coordinated by Nextgen | Offline\/F2F | Elimination round)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 07:<\/strong>\u00a0HR & Final Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 08:<\/strong>\u00a0Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.<\/span><\/div>\n
