Streams or branch:<\/strong>\u00a0Mechanical, Electrical (EE & EEE), Electronics (ECE, ETC)<\/span><\/div>\n
Batch:<\/strong>\u00a02026 passing out batch.<\/span><\/div>\n
Cut Off Criteria:<\/strong>\u00a0No criteria.<\/span><\/div>\n
Age Limit:<\/strong>\u00a0Age should be less than 25 years at the time of joining.<\/span><\/div>\n
Gender:<\/strong>\u00a0Both Male & Female candidates can apply<\/span><\/div>\n

Rialto<\/span>\u00a0Enterprises Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n

Step 01:<\/strong>\u00a0Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 02:<\/strong>\u00a0Preliminary Online Screening process (To be conducted by recruiting company officials or NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)<\/span><\/div>\n
Shortlisted candidates will have to attend further F2F\/Physical Process at nearby pooled campus venue at a later date:<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
Step 03:<\/strong>\u00a0Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 04:<\/strong>\u00a0Technical Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F | Elimination round)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 05:<\/strong>\u00a0HR Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F | Elimination round)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 06:<\/strong>\u00a0Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 07:<\/strong>\u00a0Offer letters\/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring\/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.<\/span><\/div>\n
