\nIDBI Intech Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Trainee for its Treasury Department. The role involves supporting Treasury and Payment System projects, ensuring efficient operation of banking applications, and assisting in technology-driven treasury functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, an interest in banking technology, and the ability to understand both functional and technical aspects of Treasury operations.<\/p>\n
\nAssist in managing projects related to Treasury Operations and Payment Systems.
\nSupport day-to-day activities for systems such as SFMS, NEFT, RTGS, and Liquidity Manager (QNG).
\nWork with seniors to implement, integrate, and maintain Treasury applications.
\nCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth project execution.
\nMonitor project tasks, risks, and timelines under the guidance of project leads.
\nAssist in issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution for payment processing and liquidity management systems.
\nParticipate in system enhancements, testing (UAT\/SIT), and documentation activities.
\nGather business requirements and help translate them into basic technical inputs.
\nEnsure compliance with IT security standards and regulatory guidelines.
\nPrepare reports, MIS, and presentations for internal reviews and management.<\/p>\n
\nInterest in learning\u00a0\/ Basic understanding or academic exposure to Payment Systems (SFMS, NEFT, RTGS) and banking technologies.
\nInterest or knowledge in Liquidity Management Systems (QNG).
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
\nAbility to understand both technical and functional aspects (Techno-Functional mindset).
\nGood coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.
\nFamiliarity with Banking IT systems, security protocols, and basic regulatory concepts (added advantage).
\nGood communication skills and willingness to learn and adapt quickly.<\/p>\n
\nAcademic projects or internship exposure in Banking \/ Financial Services \/ FinTech.
\nUnderstanding of regulatory frameworks related to payments and settlement systems (desirable but not mandatory).<\/p>\n
