Recruitment \/ Selection Process:\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

LawSikho & Skill Arbitrage (Addictive Learning Technology Limited) will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n

Step 01:<\/strong>\u00a0Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 02:<\/strong>\u00a0Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 03:<\/strong>\u00a0Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Optional)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 04:<\/strong>\u00a0Group Discussion \/ Communication Round (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination Round)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 05:<\/strong>\u00a0HR & Final Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 06:<\/strong>\u00a0Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.<\/span><\/div>\n
Step 07:<\/strong>\u00a0Offer letters\/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring\/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.<\/span><\/div>\n
