Through this initiative, we seek to identify exceptional talent for our specialized technical roles:\u00a0<strong>Specialist Programmer (Trainee)<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Digital Specialist Engineer (Trainee)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role and Compensation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Specialist Programmer L3 (Trainee): INR 21 LPA<\/li>\n<li>Specialist Programmer L2 (Trainee): INR 16 LPA<\/li>\n<li>Specialist Programmer L1 (Trainee): INR 10 LPA + INR 1 Lakh Joining Bonus<\/li>\n<li>Digital Specialist Engineer (Trainee): INR 6.25 LPA + INR 75,000 Joining Bonus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Recruitment Format:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This year&#8217;s program will be conducted through virtual and in-person evaluation process designed to identify candidates whose technical acumen and behavioral competencies align with our AI-driven organizational vision.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assessment Framework<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The assessment process will be conducted in two stages:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Round 1: Virtual Assessment<br \/>\n<\/strong>This round will be conducted online to evaluate candidates remotely.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Round 2: In-Person Assessment and Interview<br \/>\n<\/strong>Candidates shortlisted from Round 1 will be required to attend a physical assessment at designated centers.
