NextGen Ventures<\/strong>\u00a0has been entrusted with the responsibility of organizing and coordinating an\u00a0Recruitment Drive\u00a0<\/strong>on behalf of\u00a0Windm\u00f6ller & H\u00f6lscher (WHI)<\/strong>, targeting select colleges in\u00a0Odisha<\/strong><\/p>\n

Educational Qualification:<\/strong>\u00a0B.E. \/ B.Tech.<\/p>\n

Stream or branch:<\/strong>\u00a0EE, EEE & Mechatronics.<\/p>\n

Batch \/ Year of passing out:<\/strong>\u00a02026 Passing out batch<\/p>\n

Cut Off Criteria:<\/strong> Student must have secured 60% or above in 10th, 12th and Engineering (upto 7th\/8th Semester whatever applicable).<\/p>\n

Gender:<\/strong>\u00a0Male\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Recruitment \/ Selection Process<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Windm\u00f6ller & H\u00f6lscher (WHI) will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 01:<\/strong>\u00a0Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/p>\n

Step 02:<\/strong>\u00a0Application \/ Resume level screening based on their CV’s, application inputs etc. | Optional | Elimination round.<\/p>\n

Step 03:<\/strong>\u00a0Preliminary Online Screening Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures\/company officials | Elimination round)<\/p>\n

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the further F2F process at Pooled campus venue at college campus or nearby location at a later date:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 04:<\/strong>\u00a0Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F)<\/p>\n

Step 05:<\/strong>\u00a0Online Technical Assessment (To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round)<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong>\u00a0It will be an AI based online assessment where candidate has to give 2.5 hours exam on core programming related questions and aptitude questions 100 questions each. There will be continuous recording during the exam therefore it is must for candidate to have camera access on the notebook\/computer he is appearing exam on. Students short-listed in online assessment exam shall be planned for further process at pooled campus venue.<\/em><\/p>\n

Step 06:<\/strong>\u00a0Group Discussion (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F | Elimination round)<\/p>\n

Step 07:<\/strong>\u00a0Technical Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F | Elimination round)<\/p>\n

Step 08:<\/strong>\u00a0HR Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F | Elimination round)<\/p>\n

Step 09:<\/strong>\u00a0Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.<\/p>\n

Step 10:<\/strong>\u00a0Offer letters\/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring\/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.<\/p>\n

Step 11:<\/strong>\u00a0On boarding.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
