Our Compensation Structure:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Specialist Programmer L1 (Trainee): INR 10 LPA + INR 1 Lakh Joining Bonus<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Digital Specialist Engineer (Trainee): INR 6.25 LPA + INR 75,000 Joining Bonus<\/p>\n

Recruitment Format:<\/b><\/p>\n

The assessment process will be conducted in two stages:<\/p>\n

Round 1: Virtual Assessment
\n<\/b>This round will be conducted online to evaluate candidates remotely.<\/p>\n

Round 2: In-Person Assessment and Interview
\n<\/b>Candidates shortlisted from Round 1 will be required to attend an in-person assessment at designated centres. This will be followed by an in-person interview.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/b>\u00a0Both Round 1 and Round 2 will be three hours in duration and will include programming tasks of varying difficulty levels.<\/p>\n
