The company is inviting applications from MBA students for the position of Executive Trainee. Selected students are expected to join after completion of their course in May 2026.<\/p>\n

\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002b. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Training and developing them for passing the III exam<\/div>\n
\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002c. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Liaising, Training & development of Life Mitras for generation of new business.<\/div>\n
\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002d. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Daily activity planning, generation of fresh leads and allied activities.<\/div>\n
\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002e. \u2002\u2002Generating New Business from the Market.<\/div>\n
\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002f. \u2002\u2002\u2002Follow up with the customers for issuance, renewals, repeat sales, and servicing.<\/div>\n

Compensation<\/u>:\u00a0<\/b>Rs. 4 Lakhs p.a. + COLA (as applicable) + Long Term Retention Bonus\u00a0#<\/sup><\/p>\n

# Long Term\u00a0Retention Bonus of Rs. 1,50,000 will be paid in three instalments for Batch 2026 as under:<\/p>\n

  1. Rs. 50,000 will be credited with the salary after 12 months from the date of joining (only after confirmation)<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Rs. 50,000 will be credited with the salary after 24 months from the date of joining.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Rs. 50,000 will be credited with the salary after 36 months from the date of joining.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
