Batch \/ Year of passing out:<\/strong>\u00a02026 passing out batch<\/div>\n
Cut Off Criteria:<\/strong>\u00a0Not Applicable. There shouldn’t be any backlogs at the time of joining.<\/div>\n

R R Kabel Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:<\/strong><\/div>\n

Step 01:<\/strong>\u00a0Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/div>\n
Step 02:<\/strong>\u00a0Application\/Resume level screening based on based on their CV\u2019s, application inputs etc (Optional Elimination Round)<\/div>\n
Step 03:<\/strong>\u00a0Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Technical + Logical Reasoning (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Optional Elimination Round)<\/div>\n

Step 05:<\/strong>\u00a0Technical Interview\/Technical Test (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode\/Offline Mode| Elimination round)<\/div>\n
Step 06:<\/strong>\u00a0HR & Final Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode\/Offline Mode\u00a0 | Elimination round)<\/div>\n
Step 07:<\/strong>\u00a0Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.<\/div>\n
