Recruitment \/ Selection Process<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Attractify Technologies Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 01:<\/strong>\u00a0Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/p>\n

For Civil Engineer Trainee:<\/strong>\u00a0Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)<\/p>\n

For HR Trainee & Marketing Trainee:<\/strong>\u00a0Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Group Discussion \/ Communication Round (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)<\/p>\n

Step 03:<\/strong><\/p>\n

For Civil Engineer Trainee:<\/strong>\u00a0Technical Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)<\/p>\n

For HR Trainee & Marketing Trainee:<\/strong>\u00a0Personal Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F | Optional Elimination round)<\/p>\n

Step 04:<\/strong>\u00a0HR & Final Interview Round (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F |\u00a0 Elimination round)<\/p>\n

Step 05:<\/strong>\u00a0Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.<\/p>\n

Step 06:<\/strong>\u00a0Offer letters\/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring\/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.<\/p>\n
