Please note that this is a separate division of ZS Associates from their campus hiring. Hence we can not arrange a campus drive for the same.<\/p><\/div>\n

1) Screening of applicants based on profile and academic records<\/div>\n
2) Online aptitude test of 1.5 hour<\/div>\n
3) F2F interview in Pune for candidates clearing the test<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n

  • Understand client business issues, operating business rules, data, and processes<\/li>\n
  • Incorporate process changes in response to evolving business needs<\/li>\n
  • Operate business processes for clients on a periodic basis. This includes synthesizing data, performing quality checks and creating error-free deliverables<\/li>\n
  • Interact with internal or client teams to resolve any issues with process inputs<\/li>\n
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from the clients relating to the deliverables<\/li>\n
  • Identify and implement business process enhancements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    • Innate quality orientation with an eye for detail<\/li>\n
    • Excellent task management and organizational skills<\/li>\n
    • Problem-solving skills and an ability to think through solutions in a structured environment<\/li>\n
    • Very strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work in a team environment. Global exposure or experience of having worked in global cross-office teams is preferred<\/li>\n
    • Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiatives with a strong work ethic<\/li>\n
