We are glad to announce our association with LG Soft as online assessment partner proposed to be held on\u00a0Wednesday<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>28th March’18<\/span><\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We have received the list of students as sent by HR Team @ LG Soft India and below given are the few highlights for the upcoming online assessment test.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Following points to be considered:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Based on\u00a0Phase 2 Assessment<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0process, we would like to bring forward a few points to your notice & expect you to adhere to the same.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The Assessment is going to be in the form of an\u00a0Online Test.<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. The Test is scheduled on\u00a028th<\/sup>March 2018<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0,\u00a011:00 am<\/span>\u00a0onwards.<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Total Marks allotted for the Test will be 100<\/u><\/strong>(No Negative Marking) and\u00a0Time Duration will be 1.5 Hours.<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Our Online Assessment Partner is \u201cMy Anatomy<\/u><\/strong>\u201d who will facilitate & conduct the online test at your premises.<\/li>\n
  5. The Assessment paper is divided into multiple sections consisting of the following\u00a0 :: Aptitude, Logical & Reasoning, Technical and 1 Coding question.<\/li>\n
  6. Please ensure that Systems are in proper working condition & Webcam is\u00a0ON<\/u><\/strong>during the duration of test for each candidate for Live \/Back-end \u00a0Monitoring.<\/li>\n
  7. Please take the necessary precautionary measures to ensure\u00a0NO\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>room for error or cheating!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Technical Specifications:<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    The questions contains large image files hence, it is advisable to have More than\u00a01 MBPS internet speed per PC.<\/strong><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Technical Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Functional computer systems with Webcam(Mandatory) – (As per the Number of Students).<\/li>\n
    2. Windows Operating System (No other\u00a0Operating\u00a0System is supported).<\/li>\n
    3. Min. 1 MBPS internet speed per PC.<\/li>\n
    4. Updated Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox Browser with the most recent version; Note: IE is not supported.<\/li>\n
    5. One System Admin on Standby to avoid any internet issues.<\/li>\n
    6. Power Back-up for Computer Systems during the Exam.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Process:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. The Test link will be active on 28th Jan’18 sharp at 11:00 AM.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. The Students will take the test from College Computer Labs.<\/li>\n
      3. The test link will be shared on the same day 2hrs before the test timing.<\/li>\n
      4. The test link will be sent to the\u00a0individual students on the mail IDs given by the College and as per the list received from LG Soft.<\/li>\n
      5. \u00a0The students can start the test by Clicking on the test link and filling up the details correctly.<\/li>\n
      6. Few photographs of the Online test and Lab will be highly appreciated.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Do’s (For Students):<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. They (Students) should have access to their mail ID.<\/li>\n
        2. They should have the Soft-Copy of their CV (with picture) to upload (Optional).<\/li>\n
        3. They should Fill all the academic details correctly.<\/li>\n
        4. Before starting the test they should ensure that the Computer\u00a0 is connected with high speed internet and meets all the technical requirements as mentioned.<\/li>\n
        5. Once they start the test, it is recommended to pursue it in one go for the complete duration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Don’ts (For Students):<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          1. They should not\u00a0move or\u00a0 go outside the test window as they will be marked suspicious and if tried to do so repeatedly the test may get terminated.<\/li>\n
          2. They are not allowed to use any mobile phones or Calculators during the test process.<\/li>\n
          3. They should not move away from the Web-cam.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Important Note: We will consider only the list of 20 students \/ per college\u00a0shared by LG Soft HR Team.<\/p>\n
