Job Details<\/b><\/div>\n
1. Administrative control at the branch<\/div>\n
2. Cash Control and reconciliation<\/div>\n
3. Ensuring 100% compliance and adherence to the operational processes at the branch<\/div>\n
4. Responsible for customer Service<\/div>\n
5. Ensuring service Perfomance Review with Customer once in a month<\/div>\n
6. Day to day coordination and management of business partners.<\/div>\n
7. Managing the team and ensuring productivity at the branch level<\/div>\n
8. Responsible for Branch KPIs:<\/div>\n
\u00b7 DIFFOT (Delivery in full on time)<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Delivery efficiency<\/div>\n
\u00b7 No miss pick ups<\/div>\n
\u00b7 OTD\/OTA (On time departure\/arrival of vehicles)<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Feeder Capacity Utilization : should not be less than 60%<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Complaint resolution<\/div>\n
9. Profit Centre Unit Head<\/div>\n
Joining: Immediate (Within 2-3 days of selection)<\/b><\/div>\n
Note: Initially Joining will be in Gurgaon for training of 3-4 days, post training you will be posted to any of the location in India.<\/b><\/div>\n
