Roles and Responsibilities: <\/b><\/div>\n

  • Ensure technical solutions are feasible and properly architected, and reviews all code for quality assurance.<\/li>\n
  • Understand each client\u2019s organizational goals and objectives. Develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.<\/li>\n
  • Help team members progress toward their professional development goals. Defines and disseminates technology best practices.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met. Resolve issues of team members else escalate.<\/li>\n
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to Open Source Communities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Essential Skills:<\/b><\/div>\n

    • Good understanding of Computer Science concepts such as OOP, Data Structures, DBMS, Operating Systems and Software Engineering.<\/li>\n
    • Project experience in PHP\/MySQL<\/li>\n
    • Intermediate level knowledge of HTML\/CSS\/JS\/JQUERY<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of GIT\/SVN will be preferred<\/li>\n
