      \nThe internship duration will be considered as part of the bond duration. Any unexpected delay in joining date of the associate will extend the internship and bond end date accordingly.
      \nPlease note we are only looking for students who are willing to take up the job offer after the internship. So students who have already got placed are not eligible.
      \nBond:<\/b>\u00a015 months service agreement<\/div>\n

      • As part of the job description please note that there is a 15 months service agreement with the company from date of joining as permanent employee<\/li>\n
      • The service agreement is also applicable during the internship duration since this is an internship cum job offer opportunity<\/li>\n
      • It requires the candidate to do a Bank Guarantee of Rs. 70,000 \u200bwith the company. As per terms of the Bank Guarantee, the candidate will deposit Rs. 70000 in his bank account and enter into a legal understanding with the company. This amount does not need to be submitted to the company<\/li>\n
      • There is a financial penalty of Rs. 70,000 on breaking the service agreement during internship period or within 15 months<\/span><\/span> of joining as permanent employees.\u200b The bank guarantee can be claimed by the company if the associate leaves the company before 15 months duration<\/li>\n
      • Fulfilling the service agreement is essential for being offered the position and is non-compromisable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
