We are in the business not just to meet people\u2019s expectations \u2013 we are here to exceed them.<\/p>\n<p>This is a sales role which involves selling OYO rooms to direct customers and also through Travel agents, Corporates and other channels. Our one selling unit is called a Room night. Each Demand Manager gets monthly and weekly Booked Room Demand Managers in OYO sell room nights not only in their own city\/Micro Market but also fulfill requirements of clients for OYOs across the country.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive URNs (Used room nights) aggressively and ensure achievement of targets month on month<\/li>\n<li>Signing up travel agents across the region into the affiliate program<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to build and sustain travel agent base for distribution expansion for the region<\/li>\n<li>Maintain monthly sales tracker, plan and execute market site visits as agreed with\u00a0region<\/li>\n<li>Individually responsible to contribute towards meeting the assigned targets<\/li>\n<li>Building new avenues for growth and sustaining the existing ones<\/li>\n<li>Suggest and inculcate loyalty\/incentive programs &amp;amp; marketing activities in the region in order to ensure revenue growth<\/li>\n<li>Demand forecasting and analysis, drive sales statically keeping in view of competitive analysis<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for ensuring timely collections from partners in coordination with finance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">CTC:<\/span> INR upto 3.5 lakhs per annum (80% &#8211; 20% Fixed + variable)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description OYO is South Asia\u2019s largest\u00a0Chain,\u00a0founded with a single mission at heart \u2013 to help people find their perfect space in every place.\u00a0\u00a0We partner with assets and\u00a0home owners, providing travelers and city dwellers 5500+ exclusive hotels across 160+ towns in 5+countries.
