Berger Paints India Limited is a leading paint company of India, headquartered in Kolkata with a consolidated gross sales turnover of more than Rs.5800crs, having its operations spread across India, Nepal, Poland & Russia. The company is into the business of manufacturing & selling variety of paints &specialty coatings, primarily through its four major business line operations of – Decorative Paints (Retail), Automotive & General Industries Paints, Protective Coatings & Powder Coatings.<\/p>\n

We wish to invite the current final year batch of management students\u00a0having their specialization only in\u00a0Sales & Marketing\u00a0<\/u>stream for positions in our Non-Management front line sales cadre as\u00a0Sales Officer Trainee (SOT)<\/strong>\u00a0in Decorative Paints Division.<\/p>\n

We look forward to students with consistent academic background, having the desire to kick-start & excel their working career in\u00a0Channel Sales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As part of our requirement for the position, the following eligibility criteria are set for the students, in order to help them participate in our Virtual Campus Recruitment Program:<\/p>\n

  1. a)\u00a0Decorative Paints (Retail)<\/strong>–
    \nShould possess minimum academic qualification as Graduate in Science \/ Commerce \/Management \/ Engineering only, before pursuing their MBA program.
    \nHowever, students with graduation in Engineering having Information Technology \/Telecommunication specializations shall not apply as they will not be considered for this division.<\/li>\n
  2. b) Should have scored at least 55% marks all throughout the academic career.<\/li>\n
  3. c) Should preferably have command over at least one regional Indian language; apart from fluency in English & Hindi.<\/li>\n
  4. d) Should have Good Communication, Interpersonal & Analytical skills.<\/li>\n
  5. e) Should possess a two wheeler driving license. (Mandatory requirement, else will be rejected)<\/li>\n
  6. f) The candidates should be flexible to relocate as per business requirement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
