Your test has been\u00a0set up\u00a0as a first step\u00a0in\u00a0the hiring process. It is important that you do your best on these tests to ensure that you proceed further in the hiring process.\u00a0 The tests should be taken in a\u00a0quiet\u00a0environment without any additional help from anyone or anything.\u00a0 You can only use a blank sheet of paper and a pen while taking the test.<\/p>\n

1<\/b>.\u00a0Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT)<\/b>\u00a0– There would be 50 questions related to\u00a0Logical, Reasoning and Verbal<\/u>\u00a0that must be answered in 15 minutes. There is\u00a0no\u00a0<\/b>negative marking, so try to attempt as many questions as possible. The\u00a0more\u00a0<\/b>that you attempt for, the better your results may be. You should have a sheet of blank paper and pen to help you.<\/p>\n

2. MiniCog Rapid Assessment (MRAB)<\/b>\u00a0– A test that reveals your\u00a0divided attention, reasoning skills and reaction time<\/u>. This test must\u00a0be taken without any distractions. This test is divided into\u00a09 parts<\/b>\u00a0and there would be a practice session before attempting each part of this test.\u00a0 Please be very careful in following the instructions given.<\/p>\n

3. Employee Personality Profile (EPP)\u00a0<\/b>– This is a general personality test wherein there is\u00a0no<\/b>\u00a0right or wrong answer.<\/p>\n

4. Typing Test (TT)\u00a0<\/b>– This test measures the speed and accuracy at which an individual can type. It will be good for\u00a0one\u00a0<\/b>minute. Please keep typing whatever you see on the screen for a minute that would help us in accessing your typing speed and accuracy.<\/p>\n

The purpose of these tests is to understand your strengths better. Different parts of the test focus on different traits and skills. Based on how you perform in these tests, we can assess your candidature in a more effective manner.<\/p>\n
