\u00a0Selection Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Group Discussion<\/li>\n
  2. Technical Test<\/li>\n
  3. English Language Test<\/li>\n
  4. Aptitude Test<\/li>\n
  5. Written Test<\/li>\n
  6. Psychometric test<\/li>\n
  7. \u00a0Personal Interview.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    (Each shall be an elimination round)<\/p>\n

    For B.Tech<\/strong> – We shall be taking them as\u00a0Trainee Engineers\u00a0<\/strong>in the field of\u00a0Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation Engineering.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Eligibity:\u00a0<\/strong>Minimum 55% throughout (10th, 12th and Graduation).<\/p>\n

    We shall be taking them as Trainee Engineers.<\/p>\n

    – They will be on an Training for 12 months.<\/p>\n

    – After evaluating their performance for 12 months, they will be absorbed depending on the vacancy and their performance. On completion of their training if they are not absorbed in case of unsatisfactory performance, the person\u2019s employment will be discontinued with us and they will be provided an experience certificate for the duration.<\/p>\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0–\u00a0<\/strong>The Trainee Engineers will be offered the stipend of Rs.\u00a010000<\/strong>\/- per month. After 1 year of training , their CTC will become 3LPA if found suitable.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Location<\/strong>– PAN India<\/p>\n

    For MBA (HR)<\/strong> – We shall be taking them as\u00a0Executive Trainee\u2019s – TM<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Eligibity:\u00a0<\/strong>Minimum 55% throughout (10th, 12th and Graduation).<\/p>\n

    –\u00a0The Salary package offered will be 3 LPA.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    – Location Gurgaon<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Please note that only females are eligible for the Executive Trainee \u2013 TM post.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    For MBA (Sales and Marketing)<\/strong> – We shall be taking them as\u00a0Management<\/strong>\u00a0trainee\u2019s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    –\u00a0The Salary package offered will be 3+1 LPA.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    –PAN India.<\/strong><\/p>\n
