To understand customer’s financial goals, advice them on\u00a0 Buy, Sell or Hold strategy and execute trade<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Activate and Maintain relationship with existing clients.<\/li>\n
  • Advising clients on their Investments and managing their overall financial portfolio and executing orders on behalf of client for equities, derivatives and third party products.<\/li>\n
  • To coordinate with product and research team for taking investment decision for the clients.<\/li>\n
  • Engage clients through telephonic conversations about their investments and encourage them to trade.<\/li>\n
  • Responsible for achieving brokerage targets, Client Traded Number and client activation daily through effective advisory services.<\/li>\n
  • Cross sell and up sell existing products to the existing clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Desired Skills & Experience<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    • The candidate must be a Post Graduate with specialization in Finance. (MBA\/PGDM\/M.Com)<\/li>\n
    • Must possess excellent communication skills in English and regional language.<\/li>\n
    • A thorough understanding of financial markets, their behavior, macro movements with respect to market and be able to inspire trust and confidence in clients.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to process several inputs provided by research team and other sources and apply them to the specific context of several clients thus generating insights for clients.<\/li>\n
    • Candidate with NISM- Equity & Derivatives (series 8)certification will be given preference<\/li>\n
    • Should have passion for a career\u00a0 in Stock\u00a0 market<\/li>\n
    • Follow in house research reports, company news and track company performance<\/li>\n
    • Should be willing to work in morning and evening shift (4:00pm \u2013 12:00am)<\/li>\n
    • Compensation and rewards best in the Industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Post Graduate: (Min 2,50,000 – Max 3,00,000 fixed) + \u00a0(Max 7,50,000 \u2013 Max 3,00,000) variable (based on the performance during the interview)<\/li>\n
      • Willingness to work in two shifts (Morning \/ Evening)<\/li>\n
      • Place of posting<\/strong>: Hyderabad<\/li>\n
      • should be open to work in both the shifts<\/strong>: Morning shift and Evening shift ( 4:00PM \u2013 12:00AM )<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Step one:- Group Discussion (elimination round)<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Step two: \u00a0Aptitude test \u2013 online (elimination round)<\/strong><\/p>\n
