PROFILE DESCRIPTION: Software Developer<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We are looking out for suitable candidates for the role of Software Developer required for<\/p>\n

our software development practices.<\/p>\n

Following are the expected qualification, skill set and experience mapped to the same<\/p>\n

position.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A Bachelor or Master\u2019s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.<\/li>\n
  2. Very good logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
  3. Good command on Core Java topics and Spring Framework with implementation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    experience.<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Working\/practical knowledge on HTML5, DHTML, JavaScript and CSS3 along with<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      XML\/JSON specific implementation knowledge.<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Implementation knowledge on AJAX Frameworks like Node JS or Angular JS would be<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        an added advantage.<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Good understanding and working\/practical knowledge of RDBMS.<\/li>\n
        2. Working knowledge of Web Services and SOA based implementation.<\/li>\n
        3. Expected to have experience in Software Development Life-cycle and<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          implementation methodologies.<\/p>\n

          1. Good communication skill with problem statement understanding and analysis skill.<\/li>\n
          2. Excellent learning attitude to cope up with the latest technology changes and<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            evolutions is a must.<\/p>\n

            1. Willing to travel to customer locations within and outside the country on a need basis.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              RESPONSIBILITIES :<\/strong><\/p>\n

              1. Responsible for working with the functional and\/or technical team to follow the requirement<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                analysis discussions and mapping it to the relevant technologies.<\/p>\n

                  \n
                1. Assist solution and\/or technical architects to arrive at the best possible design.<\/li>\n
                2. Responsible for technical configurations, developments, system integrations, testing, cutover<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  activities, and post-implementation review\/support.<\/p>\n

                    \n
                  1. Responsible for preparing all technical and project related documentation.<\/li>\n
                  2. Responsible for recommending system and process improvements wherever applicable using<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    the experienced gained during the technical implementation.<\/p>\n

                      \n
                    1. Responsible for exploring different technical options\/possibilities available for any specific<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      requirements of the project.<\/p>\n

                        \n
                      1. Follow and adhere to the software development best practices as applicable for the specific<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        implementations.<\/p>\n

                          \n
                        1. Demonstrate team spirit in getting along with the team members and cooperate\/participate in<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          each and every activity being undertaken by the team.<\/p>\n

                          1. Manage expectations well with effective communication to the upstream and downstream team<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                            members and demonstrate the sense of responsibility.<\/p>\n

                            1. Must be open towards receiving feedback and provide the same from and to the fellow team<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                              members.<\/p>\n

                              1. Should be able to discuss and understand requirements and problems freely with the team<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                  ELIGIBILITY: <\/strong><\/p>\n

                                  50% throughout career having good programming knowledge in the mentioned domain<\/p>\n

                                  CSE,IT & MCA 2019 Passing out batch<\/p>\n

                                  CTC: <\/strong><\/p>\n

                                  5 K- 8 K (During the 3 months of internship period). 1.8 LPA after the internship period.<\/p>\n
