{"id":3040,"date":"2019-02-22T08:11:27","date_gmt":"2019-02-22T08:11:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/trident.ac.in\/maintain\/?p=3040"},"modified":"2019-02-22T08:11:27","modified_gmt":"2019-02-22T08:11:27","slug":"campus-recruitment-drive-by-oddaka-infratech","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trident.ac.in\/placementnotice\/campus-recruitment-drive-by-oddaka-infratech\/","title":{"rendered":"Campus Recruitment Drive by ODDAKA INFRATECH."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB TITLE: <\/strong>SITE ENGINEER<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB CADRE: <\/strong>G.E.T<\/p>\n<p><strong>REPORTS TO: <\/strong>The Site Engineer will report to Chief Construction Officer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB OVERVIEW: <\/strong>Manage parts of a construction project, providing technical advice, supervising staff on site and ensuring that their packages are completed on time &amp; within budget.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB LOCATION: <\/strong>Bhubaneswar<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY TASKS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overseeing building works.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding surveys and layout at site.<\/li>\n<li>Seeing out sites &amp; organising facilitating resources.<\/li>\n<li>Checking technical designs &amp; drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising contracted staff.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescale.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with clients, subcontractors &amp; other professional staff, especially quantity surveyor &amp; the overall project manager.<\/li>\n<li>Providing technical advice &amp; solving problems on site.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing site reports, DPRs, MPRs&amp; filling in other paper works.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY SKILLS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commercial awareness \u2013 understanding of how your actions can affect profitability of a project.<\/li>\n<li>Team working &amp; communication.<\/li>\n<li>Technical skills.<\/li>\n<li>An eye for detail.<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving.<\/li>\n<li>Management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 60% in 10<sup>th<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Minimum 60% in +2 or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 7.0 CGPA in Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<li><strong>TECH-CIVIL ONLY<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>JOB TYPE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SALARY &amp; BENEFITS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Starting salary will be Rs. 8000\/- p.m. during 4 months\u2019 probation period.<\/li>\n<li>There will be an increment of Rs. 4000\/- after the completion of probation period &amp; confirmation letter will be issued.<\/li>\n<li>Based on performance, quarterly incentive will be provided after being a confirmed employee &amp; there will be 3-10% hike in salary each year.<\/li>\n<li>Fooding will be provided by the company.<\/li>\n<li>Fuel allowance will be provided, maintenance allowance for 2 wheeler will be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>TERMS &amp; CONDITION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No leave will be given during probation period.<\/li>\n<li>Salary will be given in-hand up to confirmation.<\/li>\n<li>EPF &amp; ESIC facilities will be provided after confirmation.<\/li>\n<li>Must have valid Driving Licence.<\/li>\n<li>Must have own two-wheeler<\/li>\n<li>Driving test will be conducted at site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JOB DESCRIPTION \u00a0 JOB TITLE: SITE ENGINEER JOB CADRE: G.E.T REPORTS TO: The Site Engineer will report to Chief Construction Officer.
