The support focuses on in-depth problem analysis of Citrix products and their integration into enterprise-wide mixed environments. The incumbent uses fundamental technical troubleshooting skills obtained through performance of the role to isolate, analyse, and provide resolution to customer issues of minimal to moderate complexity, with some general instruction and oversight from team leads and\/or management. Qualifies more complex customer issues for assistance from more senior level employees or other vendors. The candidate should possess a Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science or have the equivalent experience.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: large;\"><b>Roles &amp; Responsibilities :<\/b><br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>1. The responsibilities and requirements for this position<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0include but are not limited to:<\/div>\n<div>2. Provide technical assistance to Citrix customers over\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 phone and email.<\/div>\n<div>3. Clearly documents issues and resolutions in CRM system,<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 and ensure proper customer engagement as per defined\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 processes.<\/div>\n<div>4. Understand basic operating system\/foundational\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 technology principles related to Citrix hardware products.<\/div>\n<div>5. Basic knowledge of Networking technologies, Network<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 security concepts, Communication Protocols, and\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 familiarity with network troubleshooting tools.<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>6.
