A brief about the company:<\/b><\/p>\n

Requirements :<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. i) Electrical Engineering (EE) – Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)<\/li>\n
  2. ii) Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) –\u00a0Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    iii) Human Resources (HR) – Management Trainee\/Executive Trainee (MT\/ET)<\/p>\n

    Qualifying Criteria :<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Qualification: i) For GET – B.E.\/B.Tech<\/li>\n
    2. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 ii) For ET – MBA (HR)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      iii) For MT – B.E.\/B.Tech + MBA (HR)<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Year of passingof Degree\u2013 2019<\/li>\n
      2. Qualifying %\u00a0\u2013 Candidate who scores minimum 60% aggregate in the Degree<\/li>\n
      3. Completion Criteria –\u00a0Degree must have been completed in 4 Years. In case of Diploma joining to Degree as a lateral entry, then Degree must have been completed in 3 Years.<\/li>\n
      4. Age:Must be < 23 Years<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Selection Process :<\/strong><\/p>\n

        1. Pre \u2013 Placement talk- All qualifying candidates can assemble for campus talk to know about Adani<\/li>\n
        2. Q&A<\/li>\n
        3. Online Test- Having technical & aptitude questions<\/li>\n
        4. Group Discussion & Management Game<\/li>\n
        5. Personal Interview<\/li>\n
        6. Review & Final Selection<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          CTC \/ Posting<\/strong>\u00a0:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          1. During probation period of six months, remuneration would be :<\/li>\n
          2. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 i) For GET –\u00a0 4,10,000 \/- P.A. CTC. On absorption, it becomes Rs. 4,40,000 \/- P.A. CTC.<\/li>\n
          3. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0ii) For ET –\u00a0 4,40,000 \/- P.A. CTC. On absorption, it becomes Rs. 4,75,000 \/- P.A. CTC.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            iii) For MT –\u00a0Rs. 5,25,000 \/- P.A. CTC. On absorption, it becomes Rs. 5,75,000 \/- P.A. CTC.<\/p>\n

              \n
            1. This CTC is including the statutory deduction like PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.<\/li>\n
            2. Candidates must be ready to locate to any of the place in India.<\/li>\n
            3. Company will not provide any accommodation & food at site. Allneed to arrange that for themselves on their own.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Training Period :<\/strong><\/p>\n

              Six months of probation period from the date of joining. On successful completion of six months, absorption in the organisation and designated as<\/p>\n

              1. i) For GET – Sr. Engineer (O2 Grade)<\/li>\n
              2. ii) For ET – Executive (O2 Grade)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                iii) For MT – Assistant Manager (O3 Grade)<\/p>\n
