\nCriteria:-<\/b>
\n10th Standard: 60% or above
\n12th Standard: 60% or above
\nGraduation: 60% or CGPA Equivalent to 60% or above as applicable by the university guidelines
\nYear of Passing- 2020<\/p>\n

Qualification- B.E.\/B.Tech \/ 5 years Integrated-M.Tech Only<\/b><\/p>\n

Branch of Study- All Streams<\/p>\n

Designation- Project Engineer<\/p>\n

Compensation- INR 3.50 lacs per annum<\/p>\n

Service Agreement- Applicable for 15 months post joining @ INR 75,000 on pro-rata basis<\/b><\/p>\n

Other Criteria<\/b>
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Maximum of 3 years of education gap, if any, is allowed between 10th and graduation.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Should be from a Full-time Degree course in 10th, 12th & Graduation recognized by the Central\/State Government of India.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. All Arrears and backlogs need to be cleared at the time of the selection process.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Should have completed all exams\/ viva-voice\/ training and should not have any pending attendance requirement with the college\/university.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Should be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card, in the event of holding a passport of any other country<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Candidates who have participated in any selection process held by Wipro in the last six months are not eligible.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n


    \nEvery eligible candidate must go through below online assessment, below details appended for your reference.<\/p>\n

    Online Assessment (140 minutes) comprising of 3 sections:<\/b><\/p>\n

    Aptitude Test \u2013 Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, English (verbal) Ability.
    \nDuration: 60 mins
    \nWritten Communication Test \u2013 Essay writing.
    \nDuration: 20 mins
    \nOnline Programming Test \u2013 Two programs for coding.
    \nDuration: 60 mins
    \nCandidate can choose any one programming language for the coding test: Java, C, C++ or Python<\/p>\n

    It will solely be at the discretion of Wipro to permit\/ restrict the participation of any candidate, whether eligible or not, in the selection process of Elite National Talent Hunt.<\/span><\/div>\n


    \nUpon selection in the Online Assessment, candidates will be required to go through a Technical Interview followed by an HR interview.<\/span><\/div>\n

    \nOnline assessment will be tentatively held in mid-Oct 2019.
