2<sup>nd<\/sup> Round &#8211; Technical Interview to be conducted at your campus.<\/li>\n<li>Selected candidates to undertake training at your campus on specific technologies mentioned by CSM.<\/li>\n<li>3rd round &#8211; The shortlisted trained students will visit CSM HQ for final round of Interview with our Technical Panel.<\/li>\n<li>Based on the this final interview feedback &amp; their scores, selected students will be classified in 5 groups (from Highest to lowest score sequence).<\/li>\n<li>First Selection Students group will be offered in Phase 1.<\/li>\n<li>If any student is not willing to join us in Phase 1, then 2nd Selection Students group will be offered in Phase 2 based on their availability &amp; 2020 passed out students can apply for this position.<\/li>\n<li>Career should be first class throughout.<\/li>\n<li>Students having 50% or above in Class 12<sup>th<\/sup> \/ +2 can also apply for the position.<\/li>\n<li>Should have excellent communication skill in English &amp; very good interpersonal skill.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should be smart with pleasant personality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Compensation :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pay structure for this traineeship would be <\/strong><strong>\u20b9 <\/strong><strong>2 lakhs per annum:-<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>a) Pay structure for initial 3 months would be \u20b92 lakhs per annum (Inclusive of PF, Gratuity &amp;
