Who can apply : <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

1) Passionate about coding and especially functional programming interests you\u00a0and should be a ready learner of a new language\/framework.
\n2) A seeker of depth and can see work as a means to achieve it.
\n3) Someone who can stick to a project for long stretches of time either to solve a hard problem or to achieve a high bar of perfection (marathoner)
\n4) An ambitious and constant learner who takes hard challenges to up-skill yourself.<\/p>\n

Hiring flow: (Frontend\/Backend)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

1) Pre Placement Talk – 8.00 AM<\/p>\n

2) Online test\u00a0 – 9:00 AM, Programming – 90 Mins ( They can code in any programming language)<\/p>\n

3) The result will be announced around 12.00 noon<\/p>\n

4) Based on the results, shortlisted candidates will be sharing their resume and will have an initial discussion with HR for further shortlisting.<\/p>\n

5) Tech interview (can be telephonic, in-person, Skype)<\/p>\n

6)\u00a0The students selected in the interview process at the campus will be invited to the “Juspay Learn-a-thon Challenge” at our office in Bangalore, for final selection, which would be conducted over two days (we take care of the food, travel, and accommodation from our end).<\/p>\n

7) In parallel, Juspay will be sharing learning materials for the learn-a-thon challenge, with the selected students.<\/p>\n

Please note:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

1) The shortlisted\u00a0candidates will be\u00a0hired as Interns for\u00a0six\u00a0months\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/u>and will be\u00a0converted to full time completely on the basis of their performance (work performance).\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n

2)\u00a0The internship<\/u>\u00a0stipend<\/u>\u00a0will be\u00a0INR 20,000 per month.<\/u><\/p>\n

3)\u00a0Full time offer<\/u>ed candidates will be compensated with\u00a0INR 8 lakhs per annum.\u00a0<\/u>(Frontend\/Backend)<\/p>\n

Quality Assurance Engineer :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

As discussed, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to develop and execute exploratory tests as well as automated tests in order to ensure product quality.<\/p>\n

A QA Engineer will estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities. They will also ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in our defect tracking system.<\/p>\n

Additionally, they will also understand the product in more detail and arrive at more creative use cases and corner cases. It is crucial that they develop a keen sense of mobile platforms (Android & iOS) so that you can be very creative about identifying potential failure points.<\/p>\n
