Register on or before 6<sup>th<\/sup> January 2020 at 4:00 PM<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Job Title: Sales Executive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Department: Product Development &amp; Marketing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reporting to: Branch Head \/ Channel Head<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: Pan India<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As Sales Executives, you will be responsible for selling MF products at your location allocated through various channels and building relationships for generating sales in a B2B model.<\/li>\n<li>You will be responsible for channel development &amp; building and maintaining healthy business relations with customers, enhancing customer satisfaction &amp; securing repeat business to penetrate all targeted key accounts and originate upselling opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>You must assume full accountability for achieving channel sales by liaising with investors\/distributors\/banks\/institutions for selling\/targeting specific schemes as identified by Business Head.<\/li>\n<li>The various channels you will be operating in are Bank Channel, Global Private Banks, Indian Banks, National Distributors &amp; Individual Financial Advisors. (depending on the channel allocated)<\/li>\n<li>You will be responsible for coordinating &amp; organizing Investor Awareness Programs<\/li>\n<li>You will be responsible for the achievement of monthly, quarterly &amp; yearly business plan.<\/li>\n<li>It is therefore important for you to have a thorough understanding of all MF products and a clear idea about the products of our competition<\/li>\n<li>Thorough and understanding of regulatory framework (SEBI) and Taxation Laws is essential for ensuring adherence to sales processes and requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge &amp; Essential Skill Set:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quick thinking and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as a team<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and active listening skills<\/li>\n<li>Account Management Skills<\/li>\n<li>Presentation Skills<\/li>\n<li>Positive and enthusiastic attitude<\/li>\n<li>Customer focus and result oriented approach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Academic Qualifications: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MBA with 0 \u2013 2 years of Industry Experience<\/li>\n<li>Good Knowledge of Equity, Debt Markets will be added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remarks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD) Certified \u2013 NISM VA to be completed before joining<\/li>\n<li>This is a Full-Time Posting<\/li>\n<li>Some amount of travel may be required<\/li>\n<li>Recruits who successfully meet targets &amp; expectations will be confirmed at the end of 1 year as Assistant Managers in Band 4A<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ASSESSMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>First, you will be assessed on Technical Aspects.<\/p>\n<p>The Technical Assessments will cover Mutual Fund Concepts &amp; test your awareness<\/p>\n<p>of the Financial Markets &amp; Regulatory Framework.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Qualifying students will attempt Round II which covers Behavioral Aspects.<\/p>\n<p>Here, you will be assessed on Logical Reasoning, Situational Judgment &amp; Personality Traits.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>INTERVIEWS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once you have met our requirement in the assessments, you will be invited for the<\/p>\n<p>Interviews with our Panel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>FINAL SELECTION &amp; PLACEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On clearing all 3 rounds, you will be given an offer to work with us at one of many<\/p>\n<p>locations in our wide network, where a promising future awaits.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>OUR OFFER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Fixed Pay of Rs. 3.5 lacs &amp; assured Performance Pay in the range of Rs.50,000 \u2013<\/p>\n<p>Rs.1 lac!
