10th + 2 years Diploma Passout student and 12th Pass + Diploma Students can also apply<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

JOB Description & Required \/ Skills<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

  • You need to handle E-Commerce Customers’ Technical Query and also need to Troubleshoot their Tech Issues on call as well as online .<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Technical Troubleshooting E-Commerce Customer Support Executive International Voice<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Trouble-shooting & Customer support to premium clients over the phone (inbound)<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Keyboard & PC Literate (User level knowledge of Operating Systems)<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of OS should be.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi and Willingness to work for a 24\/7 working environment is a must, which involves Night Shift.<\/strong><\/p>\n
