BFSL was established in the year 1994 to cater to the<br \/>\nneed of rapidly growing credit card industry in a focused manner. BFSL is one among the pioneers in<br \/>\nIndian card market and was the first nonbanking company in India to issue credit cards.<\/p>\n<p>The Company\u2019s core business is credit card issuance and consumer lending. It also provides support to<br \/>\nBank of Baroda by carrying out its merchant acquiring operations and its debit cards operation for its<br \/>\noverseas territories\/ subsidiaries and sponsored RRBs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>Given below are the requisite details of the internship program<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>Eligibility<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Post Grad-\u00a0 MBA, 2021 YOP<\/li>\n<li>Must have access to a PC\/Laptop with internet connection<\/li>\n<li>Penchant to do local mapping and generate insights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>Selection Process<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>The college will collect the resumes of interested students and share with BFSL<\/li>\n<li>Depending on the number of resumes, the BFSL may shortlist the profiles on the basis of academic score and any other relevant information<\/li>\n<li>The interviews will be conducted over video conferencing to select the Interns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>Duration<\/strong>: 2 months<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>Internship Offer Letter<\/strong>: The letter will be issued centrally after receiving the final details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>Enablers:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>One week of online training for interns on our products, processes and other requisite details<\/li>\n<li>Mentoring support from BFSL to ensure success of the interns<\/li>\n<li>The internship would primarily require remote working owing to the COVID19<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>Role of Interns<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Acquisition of new customers<\/li>\n<li>Usage of Primary and Secondary data for understanding the Credit Card Market<\/li>\n<li>Studying the acquisition process of at least three competitors<\/li>\n<li>Understand the organization\u2019s product and process for new client sourcing.<\/li>\n<li>Sourcing and Acquisition of Credit Cards for the organization<\/li>\n<li>Able to demonstrate the product line and product feature to the potential customer and advise on the right product for selection for closure of deal<\/li>\n<li>Market Mapping of Assigned Geography<\/li>\n<li>Benchmarking of Credit Card Industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>Stipend<\/strong>: Rs. 1000 per approved card sourced with no upper-cap. (For example,\u00a0 For 1 approved cards Rs. 1000\/- will be paid , for 25 Approved cards Rs. 25000\/- will be paid and for 50 cards Rs. 50000\/- will be paid.)
