{"id":5211,"date":"2020-09-30T10:19:12","date_gmt":"2020-09-30T10:19:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/trident.ac.in\/maintain\/?p=5211"},"modified":"2020-09-30T10:19:12","modified_gmt":"2020-09-30T10:19:12","slug":"kind-attention-tcs-nqt-for-60-throughout-2021-graduating-b-tech-mca-students-register-the-latest-by-15th-oct-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trident.ac.in\/placementnotice\/kind-attention-tcs-nqt-for-60-throughout-2021-graduating-b-tech-mca-students-register-the-latest-by-15th-oct-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"Kind Attention : TCS NQT for 2021 Graduating B.Tech &#038; MCA Students(60% throughout) | Register the latest by 15th Oct 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is to inform all the above students that <strong>Tata Consultancy Ltd.<\/strong> <strong>(TCS)<\/strong> will be conducting a Recruitment Drive through <strong>National Qualifier Test (NQT) from 24th to 26th October 2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Eligibility Criteria :\u00a0 <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>60% throughout the academic career<\/li>\n<li>1 Backlog is allowed<\/li>\n<li>Maximum 2 Years Academic Year Gap is allowed<\/li>\n<li>Only full-time courses will be considered (part-time \/correspondence courses will not be considered)<\/li>\n<li>Applicants with Secondary and\/or Senior Secondary courses from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are eligible to apply,\u00a0 Applicants with extended education in the highest qualification(if the other courses are full time) are not eligible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Important information about NQT:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Registrations are open on NQT Portal until 17<sup>th<\/sup> October 2020 for NQT scheduled on\u00a0<strong>24<sup>th<\/sup>\/25<sup>th<\/sup>\/26<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0October 2020<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Students are required to register on NQT Portal to get their Registration Number<\/li>\n<li>Post-registration, students could be batched on any of the above dates for taking up the NQT<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>To be considered for the TCS Selection Process, candidates must register at the TCS Next Step Portal<\/strong><strong>,\u00a0specifying the NQT Registration number<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li>After the NQT, TCS Applicants\u2019 NQT Score\u00a0will be taken from TCS iON<\/li>\n<li>Basis the NQT Score, the shortlisting for the next round will be decided<\/li>\n<li>TCS Applicants\u2019 who are toppers from NQT will be further given a chance for TCS Digital Selection Process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kindly refer to the below link for more details.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tcs.com\/careers\/TCSCampusHiringYoP2021\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.tcs.com\/careers\/TCSCampusHiringYoP2021&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1601529204015000&amp;usg=AFQjCNHiJfdTldAmfxAw6hIs9Gc4tJHqtQ\">https:\/\/www.tcs.com\/careers\/TCSCampusHiringYoP2021#section_1<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Online Registration Process : <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP 1:<\/strong> Register for the entrance\/aptitude test on the National Qualifier Test (NQT) website<\/p>\n<p>Registration link: <a href=\"https:\/\/learning.tcsionhub.in\/hub\/national-qualifier-test\/\">https:\/\/learning.tcsionhub.in\/hub\/national-qualifier-test\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Select the &#8220;Subject Test&#8221; option in the NQT registration form which includes &#8220;Programming Test&#8221; to ensure your candidature is considered for TCS Campus<\/p>\n<p><strong>STEP 2:<\/strong> Navigate to TCS Next Step Portal Registration link: <a href=\"https:\/\/nextstep.tcs.com\">https:\/\/nextstep.tcs.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Point to note:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you do not have <strong>CT\/DT<\/strong> reference ID, please click on \u201cRegister Now \u201d, choose <strong>\u201cIT\u201d<\/strong> and proceed as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>If you already have a CT\/DT reference ID then please click on Login and proceed to fill\/submit the application form.
