\n1. Calling Leads
\n\u2022 Call on parent leads through your CRM
\n\u2022 60-75 leads are to be called daily<\/p>\n2. Generating trial classes
\n\u2022 Pitch to the parents to take PlanetSpark Trial Class<\/p>\n
3. Take counseling sessions and convert them
\n\u2022 Conduct counseling sessions for parents who take trial classes
\n\u2022 Close the sale through a smart and strategic approach
\n\u2022 Generate Revenue (3L+ per month)<\/p>\n
Who are we looking for?
\nA person who is extremely passionate about Business Development, Sales and “Starting Up” in general. The person is going to be a part of a closely-knit small team of passionate individuals with a single-minded focus to sell India’s first genuinely world-class EdTech products.<\/p>\n
What are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for?<\/p>\n
A keen desire to drive the Business Development\/Sales for a fast-growing seed-funded early-stage start-up.An apparent Founder’s mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up Business Development\/Sales and shape it independently like a Founder.<\/p>\n
Important Criteria –
\n1) Willing to work 6 days a week
\n2) Willing to work in a Start-up
\n3) Mondays Off
\n4) Job Location \u2013 Gurgaon<\/p>\n
Please note \u2013 If you are not based in Delhi NCR and are not willing to re-locate, you are allowed to work remotely. However, an amount of INR 5,000 would be deducted from your fixed part of the CTC.<\/p>\n
CTC –
\nFor UG programs –
\nDuring 1-month probation \u2013 INR 20,000 per month (fixed) + incentives
\nAfter probation \u2013 INR 5.25 LPA (3.6 LPA \u2013 fixed + 1.65 \u2013 variable)<\/p>\n
For PG programs \u2013
\nDuring 1 month probation \u2013 INR 25,000 per month (fixed) + incentives
\nAfter probation \u2013 INR 6 LPA (4.2 LPA \u2013 fixed + 1.8 \u2013 variable)<\/p>\n
