If COVID-19 has had one positive outcome, it is to offer us an opportunity to pause and consider how to build greater resilience into our organizations by investing in technology and reskilling people with the right talent. We know that even in a digital world, it\u2019s people that are our most valuable resource\u2014an approach that has allowed us to create what we call \u2018Moments of Truth\u2019, appreciating that while technology is an enabler, \u2018Moments of Truth\u2019 are always human.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Keeping this in mind and as part of our academia-industry interface, we are glad to launch a brand-new internship program for Technical Graduates.\u00a0<\/b>The program has been carefully curated to offer young individuals an opportunity to put their academic skills into practice while gaining relevant industry and domain experience.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The internship program will be spread over a period of nine months which also includes a month-long\u00a0self-learning with mentoring\u00a0prior to commencement. The program is designed to be outcome driven leading to full-time working opportunities based on individual performance. The confirmation of such opportunity will be provided\u00a0at\u00a0the end of the sixth month.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Academic Eligibility:<\/b><\/u><\/u><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

  • Qualifying courses \u2013 BE\/B.Tech – CS\/CE\/IT\/E&C\/E&TC\/Telecom\/Communication\/Electronics or MCA<\/u><\/u><\/li>\n
  • Candidate should have passed out qualifying course in\u00a02020\u00a0without any backlog\u00a0and 2021 pass outs are also eligible<\/b><\/u><\/u><\/li>\n
  • Should have scored min. of 60% in SCC\/10th<\/sup>, HSC\/12th\u00a0<\/sup>\/Diploma (in case done) and BE\/B.Tech\/MCA<\/u><\/u><\/li>\n
  • Not more than 1-year gap since SSC and that too not after joining a course. Means, no loss of academic year after joining a course.<\/u><\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Selection Process:<\/b><\/u><\/u><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

  • Candidates shortlisted from the registered list will be called for\u00a0the series of assessments –\u00a0Aptitude Test,\u00a0Communication Test, Technical(Basic Programming Test)\u00a0and\u00a0Business\u00a0Interview with each of these acting as filter for next stage on selection process.<\/u><\/u><\/li>\n
  • Online assessment(s) would be conducted before onboarding the student to the internship program.\u00a0<\/u><\/u><\/li>\n
  • All rounds\u00a0of assessments\u00a0will be conducted\u00a0virtually.<\/u><\/u><\/li>\n
  • Assessment details will be communicated to eligible students over a mail.<\/u><\/u><\/li>\n
  • Candidate holding certifications like OCP, MCP, AWS, RPA, SAP, Coursera (in credit mode), edX (in credit mode) etc, would be given the preference.<\/u><\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

  • Candidate will be guided through 1 month of self-mode learning with mentoring, prior to 8 months of internship<\/u><\/u><\/li>\n
  • Candidate will be provided with full-time working opportunity based on performance and confirmation will be communicated at the end of 6 months of internship.<\/u><\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
