Recruitment\/Selection Process:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

A-1 Fence Products Company Private Limited will follow the following selection procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:<\/strong>

Step 01:<\/strong>\u00a0Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures. NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/p>\n

Step 02:<\/strong>\u00a0Preliminary Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Online | Elimination Round)<\/p>\n

Step 03:<\/strong>\u00a0Group Discussion\/Communication Round (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Optional – Elimination Round)<\/p>\n

Step 04:<\/strong>\u00a0Shortlisted candidates from Step 02\/03, have to fill the recruiting company’s online application form called ‘Between Us<\/strong><\/em>‘.<\/p>\n

Step 05:<\/strong>\u00a0Pre-placement talk\/Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Virtual\/Online Mode)<\/p>\n

Step 06:<\/strong>\u00a0Technical Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)<\/p>\n

Step 07:<\/strong>\u00a0HR Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)<\/p>\n

Step 08:<\/strong>\u00a0Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.<\/p>\n

      \nOnline Test Link for Mechanical Stream<\/strong> – to be notified prior to the test time
      \nOnline Test Link for Electrical & Electronics Stream<\/strong> – to be notified prior to the test time
      \nTest Duration<\/strong>– 50 mins
      \nTime<\/strong> – 11 AM – 11:50 AM (Students are STRICTLY advised to start the test from 11 AM only, not before that)<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Please find the test guidelines as mentioned below:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

      • The candidate should clear the browsing history, cache & cookies of the browser before starting the Exam.<\/li>\n
      • It is also advisable that they need to be in strong network area to avoid internet issues during the Exam.<\/li>\n
      • Before starting the Exam, kindly ensure that the screensaver is disabled in respective systems.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • It is advisable for the candidates to take the Exam from their PC\/Laptops only.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Every candidate needs to Login as New Registration (If the candidate is accessing the Exam portal for the First Time) using their Email ID (Preferebly GMAIL ID) & Mobile Number (as provided by the institute).<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • If any candidate already have an account in the exam portal, he\/she need to login with the existing credentials. The Candidate need not to create another new account.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • During Registration, Candidates needs to Select Exam ( Group ) which will show\u00a0NextGen Ventures.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • The test consists of 50 MCQ type question.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • The Duration of the test is 50 minutes.<\/li>\n
      • Please Click the Right Option for marking answers.<\/li>\n
      • Kindly click ‘Save & Next’ button after every answer.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • The Panel will turn Green for every submitted answers.<\/li>\n
      • Candidates can toggle between sections or questions within the section, but for registering every answer, the ‘Save & Next’ button needs to be clicked.<\/li>\n
      • Ensure that the personal data is entered correctly.<\/li>\n
      • The Exam will run in FULL SCREEN MODE. Exam will be automatically submitted if you come out of the full screen mode.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Do not Open Any Other Webpage during the Exam.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Exam will be discontinued, if any other Webpage is accessed.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • If a candidate suddenly logs out of the exam due to any reason, the candidate needs to click on the exam link and click on the option\u00a0‘Already have an account’.<\/strong><\/li>\n
