Qualification\/ Degree<\/strong><\/td>\nB.Com, BBA, BBM, BMS, BA & BSc Economics<\/p>\n

NO MBA<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Eligibility<\/strong><\/td>\n10th or equivalent: 50%<\/p>\n

12th or equivalent: 50%<\/p>\n

Graduation: 50%<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Year of Passing<\/strong><\/td>\n2021<\/strong>–\u00a0 max 3 years of GAP in education allowed (10th to Graduation) Only full-time courses. NO Part-time or Correspondences or Distance learning education in either 10th or 12th or Degree.<\/p>\n

Job\u00a0 Description<\/strong><\/td>\nBasic Computer knowledge to troubleshoot desktop, laptop and answering support queries via phone, email, Chat and Web<\/p>\n

Excellent communication skills required as you will work in International Voice Support<\/p>\n

Managing data and implementing changes, providing employees\/Clients with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving complaints.<\/p>\n

Responding in a timely manner to service issues, requests, and take care of the complete operations.<\/p>\n

Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults<\/p>\n

Provide support, including procedural documentation & relevant reports<\/p>\n

Support the rollout of new applications and manage many open cases at one time and provide accurate information on IT products or services<\/p>\n

Willing to work in a 24*7 environment (Rotational shifts\/5 Days a week)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Compensation<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a01st year STIPEND – 15000 BASE + 488 ESI per month<\/p>\n

2nd year STIPEND – 17000 BASE + 553 ESI per month<\/p>\n

3rd year STIPEND – 19000 BASE + 618 ESI per month<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Other Criteria<\/strong><\/td>\n

Candidates must have a full-time degree course recognized by the Central\/ State Government of India.<\/p>\n

All arrears and backlogs need to be cleared at the time of selection process.<\/p>\n

Candidates should have completed all exams\/ viva-voice\/ training and should not have any pending attendance requirement with the college.<\/p>\n

Candidates must not have more than three years of gap in education between 10th and graduation.<\/p>\n

Candidates must be willing to work in a 24*7 shift environment and relocate to any location within India.<\/p>\n

Candidates who have participated in the service desk selection process held by Wipro earlier are not eligible.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
