Recruitment\/Selection Process:<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/div>\n

Open-Silicon | a SiFive company\u00a0 will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:<\/strong><\/div>\n

Step 01:<\/strong>\u00a0Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures. NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/div>\n
Step 02:<\/strong>\u00a0Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Optional)<\/div>\n
Step 03:<\/strong>\u00a0Online technical test (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Optional)<\/div>\n
Step 04:<\/strong>\u00a0Technical & HR Interview Rounds (To be conducted by company officials through any virtual communication mode | Elimination Round)<\/div>\n
Step 05:<\/strong>\u00a0Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.<\/div>\n
Step 06:<\/strong>\u00a0Offer letters\/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring\/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently by Dopag India<\/div>\n
