NEXTGEN VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Virtual Campus Drive” by & for “MAQ Software\u201d for 2021 passing out batch B.Tech (CSE, IT) & MCA candidates of Trident Academy of Technology.<\/p>\n

Recruitment &\u00a0 Selection Process:<\/p>\n

MAQ Software will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:<\/p>\n

Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures. NextGen Ventures will also conduct an online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
\nStep 02: Application-level screening to be conducted by NextGen Ventures based on Educational qualifications, Streams, and cut-off criteria.
\nStep 03: MAQ Online Test (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination round)
\nStep 04: Technical\/Personal + HR Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)
\nStep 05: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
\nStep 06: Offer letters\/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring\/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
\nStep 07: Onboarding.<\/p>\n
